I wanted to say to you all a heartfelt thank you for taking care of my dad (the late NM).

I want to send a special thank you to Richard for talking me through the whole stages for the funeral and also a special thank you to Janet who was very supportive (and funny) when I could finally come and collect my Dad (lockdown).

My Mum and Dad are now together, looking out of the window.

When I lost my Dad it was one of the worst/hardest thing I ever have been through… but the help you gave us made it a little easier at a awful time… the service you give is not only professional it is also caring, personal and handle with the utmost dignity… can I say thank you to you all for what you did for my dad and us has a family xxx
