Hi Denise, Sorry it’s taken so long to write to you. When you go through the Funeral process it’s quite upsetting and daunting, you don’t know which way to turn and what’s best for your family. Then you worry if you have chosen the right Funeral Directors and lots of things go through your mind, well where do I start? Getting Richard was probably the best thing that I did, his way is just perfect and his sense of humour and understanding were amazing. My family were amazed at how professional, smart, classy and yet down to earth everything was for mum, it couldn’t have been better. There is a lot of us and a lot of changes were made, nothing was simple at the beginning but yet everything was just so right. Richard & his team, there are no words good enough, they were excellent, he just got us and followed our lead even though we really didn’t give him one, stopping at the Crematorium to let us follow mum was more than we could have asked for. This shows how impressive Alderson & Horan were all the way, from my family we cannot send enough thanks, there are not enough words that can express how excellent you were, my mum got the best send-off we could have wished for. Richard, special thanks, don’t ever change. You got it spot on, my mum would have liked you very much. Thank you all NW
