To Stephen and all your staff, i.e Kaye, Denise, Donna, Sam, Leighton in particular and any other background people involved in the care and looking after my mum, Mrs HT.

I just have had to put pen to paper, although it is very difficult for me due to being partially sighted, severe manual dexity problems and much more disabilities, which make it very difficult for me to write.

However, words, can’t even start to explain how much I have, continue to have and will never forget all you have and continue to do for me with your caring, understanding, support and much more in helping me cope and try to manage these very difficult times, emotional times and much more.
