"I would like to take this opportunity to express my thanks to you and your staff for the excellent way in which you handled the entire funeral arrangements for my Wife Marion Bottomley upon her death on the 26th of September.
From my first contact with you by telephone leading up to the days prior to my Wife's death my telephone conversations with you were met with complete understanding and sympathy and treated with the utmost confidentiality should abnyone else have been present in my home at the time.
On the day of Marion's death your administrations in my home were treated with sensitivity and kindness to those of my family present, you removed my Wife's body and left her bedroom in a condition which I and my family can only describe as very peaceful and serene with a flower on her pillow, we all thank you for that.
Prior to my Marion's cremation you and your staff went out of your way to provide us with access to view Marion at anytime, so that those who were working could call out of hours. The way you laid out Marion's body was as she and I wished in one of her own dresses, everyone who visited commented on your professionalism.
The funeral service you provided from my home to the crematorium was, again, extremely professional and carried out with the utmost dignity.
